I bought this set in February and in June the salt shaker literally fell apart. I emailed the company and they immediately sent me a whole new set! I really like this set. This is the second set I've bought and won't hesitate to buy another one. I think one of them was defective by a happy coincidence. I was so pleased with their excellent customer service. I have had other sets from different companies and they are by far the easiest to use and the most stylish looking. They are easy to charge and replace batteries. Also the flow is smoother than any other brand I've had.
