Review on πŸ₯˜ CCyanzi 1200ml Large Collapsible Silicone Container for Camping Food and Travel Bowl, 6.7 inches by Minas Chase

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very useful, depending on the application

The foldable container is very practical. It has the lid I wanted with a vent. It is foldable and easy to store. I would be very careful using this for soups or liquids. It's not very durable and any pressure can cause you to throw it off. Don't put liquids on it unless you're using it on a table and holding it at all! You can use it in the microwave. As for the price, I don't think I would pay more than 10€ for it. Probably 6-8 dollars. There is another listing at Revain where you can find 4 of these in different sizes for the same price as this 1 bowl. FOR BIKE PACKING: I wanted this for bike packing (to carry all your travel gear on your bike to your destination) but it's a bit too big. It is approximately 6.5 inches long x 6.5 inches wide and approximately 3 inches high. I'll probably need a 4x4 or less. It's pretty deep and I don't need that volume for bikepacking. The lid is a little heavy and when cycling every gram counts. FOR TRAVEL: I think it's still too big for mountaineering, especially if you're a minimalist hiker (I'm not). This requires valuable real estate, where at most you need something that will hold the equivalent of a cup or two of water. The lid is a bit heavy and when backpacking, every gram counts. FOR CAMPING: If weight and space are not an issue, this can be a good container to use when camping to store cereal or leftovers. I wouldn't keep this unfolded in my backpack; This allows the food to be crushed. FOR WORK/OFFICE: I try to reduce my carbon footprint and not use single-use products. It helps a lot in that regard. I'll keep it in the office so I can use it instead of a disposable plate when we're cooking big meals. ON THE GO: As a frequent traveller, I take a set of dishes and a straw with me. As I mentioned before, I'm trying to reduce my footprint. This container may be too big to fit in my travel backpack. I often bring food from home to eat on the plane, but it's usually a sandwich as it doesn't need to be reheated. I think a smaller container will work better for me. I think I would spend about half of that on food I would have for a meal.
