Great for candles. - my new review
I use this to heat candles so I don’t have to burn wicks. This works through switches in the base that are weight activated so you can’t accidentally leave it on. Downside is that if anything falls on it it will turn on and potentially create a hazard. An on/off switch would improve the safety.
