High quality strap, very comfortable. Attachment points on Fitbit fit perfectly and securely. Installing a new strap is very easy. The leather strap is more comfortable than the original. The notches are the same as the original. The Baylite strap has two loops to secure the strap once it's on your wrist so the extra length of the strap doesn't get in the way. I recommend the strap for the high quality, easy replacement and better comfort. The price is very cheap!
