I love these towels! I wasn't sure what to use them for at first, but I have found many uses. They are shockingly soft, and they feel so nice on my skin, but they are also surprisingly strong. I have found them very handy for removing heavy clay-based face masks that I don't really want to rinse down the drain. We have fragile plumbing, so putting a heavy bentonite clay down our drains didn't seem like a good idea. These towels came to my rescue! They feel so soft, so they don't irritate my sensitive skin at all, but one side is actually more heavily textured for gentle exfoliation. They are larger than I thought they'd be (I wasn't really paying attention to their dimensions when I ordered them), and they're great for all kinds of things. I occasionally use one in place of a washcloth, after which I rinse it out, then use it to wipe down my bathroom vanity, or clean out the sink. These towels are strong enough to be used again and again, as long as you do that sensibly. They're also very absorbent, so they are really convenient for cleaning up wet messes, too. And while they might not be the MOST environmentally friendly option, they aren't bad. They're made of 100% cotton and they are completely biodegradable and compostable. VERY happily recommended!
