A week later, they wrote to me that they would send a new receiver. to the question why I need a new receiver, if I complained about the mouse, they answered that they had a note that I complained about the receiver . in general, well, I managed to return it to the store, despite the torn plastic packaging, they accepted it without objection, as marriage.
