Works - some instructions can be used

That works, but they come with a card that says 'Made in China' which makes it easy to print out some instructions. Basically you just need to put the rubber pieces (blue) on the SMALL platform first and then on the LARGE platform. A small screwdriver (don't pierce the rubber parts) will help put the rubber parts in place.

Pros

It absorbs vibration and the center base plate is ideal for sensitive electronics and cameras. Flush, flat-bottom mounting allows for screw or strap connection.
