Review on Mineral Absorption Humidifier Descaling Replacement by Tammy Hoeft

These gaskets are drilled to accommodate the structural components of the humidifier. The pads supplied - see picture - have very faint marks where the holes should be, but there are no holes. None of the pads in the 48 pack were properly drilled. This renders the pads unusable. After notifying the company, they refunded my money and did not ask for the pads to be returned. It was an acceptable resolution, but I would have preferred working filters.
