Faulty packaging - I can't get the product at all
I can't say anything about the product because I can't get hold of it. It comes in a pump bottle, but the pump doesn't release the product. Unfortunately, having received it at the beginning of an incredibly busy month, I have not attempted to return it until now, five days after the return deadline. So I'm stuck with a bottle of the most expensive eye cream I've ever bought and I can't even try it.
