I like how simple it makes finding what you need easy for both sales staff and other departments (IT in this case). It does cost more than some other providers but there again so long as it works your product will do its job so why look at price! There's no down time between jobs which would normally cause issues however with Checkboxtwo days before my next appointment is always enough ofa gap where my data doesnt get locked up for too long. The UI of checkboxes is very easy for an average user to use. It's also has a great toolkit with multiple features. There might still some room for improvement in terms of customising fields. But it works well enough for my needs. I have been able solve most problems by just adding more fields. The integration capability really helped us in solving several issues we were having while building our application.
