The most useful function of this product was its ability to index articles from various sources including books, journals, etc., as well as news feeds like RSS feed readers or Twitter. It's also very easy to use. I didn't have any dislikes about it. There are some limitations that we had to accept because other products would be more expensive for our organization. For example, there were limits in terms of how many documents could be indexed at once, but those restrictions can easily be overcome by setting up alerts when new content comes into your system. This saved us hours each week while searching through thousands upon thousands of journal articles.
