A Xiaomi luggage classic 20" suitcase was what I decided to get. We decided to buy a suitcase from this seller after reading the feedback they had. A different model of the luggage was shipped to customers. It was the Xiaomi mi suitcase series 20", which is a model with a lower price point. Additionally, this model is a different color, and it has a different branding on the handles of the suitcase. Made a return order. After the purchase was placed and payment was processed, the luggage arrived two days later. However, we had to wait a week for the return. The "on the way" status for the return lasted for a total of six days. When inquired about the suitcase's whereabouts, support is unable to provide any information. They claim that the specialists would call back, but then they say that they can only answer the mail. They redirect the appeal to "specialists" with whom it is impossible to get in direct contact. In the future, the Amazon support chat just disregarded all of the messages that were sent. I was required to provide clarification on the matter via the helpline, which did not offer anything informative other than that the status of the appeal will be raised. On the seventh day, when I sent a message saying that we will continue to settle the matter through Rospotrebnadzor, the luggage suddenly appeared at the seller's check, and the procedure of issuing a refund got underway. Because of this, there was a lot of wasted energy, there was a long wait, and the customer care service was ignored because they had no information on the status of the return.
