I was IMISNO's first consumer, and I must say that I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their services. The products that were sent to me were of a low quality and did not match the website's description in any way. In addition, the representatives working in customer support were unresponsive to my concerns and offered no assistance in resolving them. The shipping took significantly longer than anticipated, and the package that arrived was already destroyed. Overall, if you are looking for high-quality arts and crafts materials, I do not think this online store is the best option for you.
