My 16.2 OTTB hand is pretty hard for shoes. He turned out around the clock. In early spring he would lose his front boot every 2 weeks (moisture in the pasture and footsteps were hitting my wallet hard!) Anyway I've tried buying boots from 2 other places but he has big feet and I must have misjudged the size. so they failed. So I ordered them and figured if they don't work, well. 15 dollars. (we have size X-Full) Well they fit! I got them 3 months ago and he hasn't lost the shoes since! However, at one point he broke one with Velcro and lost it. So I came to order another pair. I believe the amount I save by changing the front pads is $15 every 3 months!
