I recently bought it for do-it-yourself brake cleaning. For that it worked perfectly. Great suction power. Actually more than I realized. This pump really sped up the process. Looking back it was pretty easy to put together but when I first opened it I didn't feel it. Basically, you're given a bunch of details and figure out how they all come together. Since I've never used it before, it was a bit confusing. Luckily I was able to find better images online and use them to put together everything I need. Feel free to comment on this review if you receive this and need help. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the lack of instructions. Perhaps the manufacturer reads this review and decides to add a small piece of paper with instructions. Anyway it's a great pump and worked really well. I would say the size is not that good for big jobs but perfect for brakes. Here's what I would recommend. It's good value for that.
