I like that I can personalize the site based on my customers' web activity. It's very easy to use and it's very easy to get started. I also like that I can create and send emails to my customers based on their activity. I also like that I can use the same content for my website and emails. I dislike that I have to be in the same timezone as my customers to be able to personalize the site.
