This aerosol can design (that looks suspiciously like another brands design) is so much better than the previous one that was smaller, overpriced, harder to use, and didn’t allow you to use up the very last drop of saline (nor could you open the container to get it out another way). This design works really well even though the amount of saline is more forceful and it is not as fine a mist as the original design. It’s also preferable not to have to pump repeatedly to get the saline to come out while wrestling wriggly toddlers.
