I had several of these and didn't like the instructions or the cheap packaging. But this device was much better in every way. Easy to install and navigate. After a few months I noticed a difference in the speakers. After hitting a bump I found that the connection at the back had kind of loosened, after fiddling with it a bit, it wasn't properly connected (I think I could force it). Later they contacted me and offered me a free steering controller. He explained the situation that the block is not the same and a new wiring harness is needed. Instead of sending me a harness they sent me a brand new appliance. So the customer service exceeded all my expectations. 5 stars, hands down.
