The device itself works perfectly and is of satisfactory quality. Proper installation of these screws, however, requires a template to tell you where to widen the mounting holes, and although the template is included with this kit, it is only printed on an instruction sheet, which is just plain flimsy paper. and you need to cut the pattern yourself with a utility knife or similar device. From what I understand the template in other more expensive kits comes as a more durable piece of cardboard that is precut for you. Since the nature of the setup is sensitive (you have to constantly adapt the tags to the template), I found it a bit awkward to work with such a flimsy template. I solved this problem by securing the paper template with three layers of thick packing tape before very carefully cutting it out, which worked. In general I am satisfied.
