Review on Quirky PPVG WH01 Pivot Power Genius by Jeho Odor

UPDATE AUGUST 23, 2020 Wink, the company that manages these products, has now forced its users to sign up for a $5 monthly subscription. Since I'm not paying $5 a month to use a product I've already paid for, my two rounds are now worthless. Of course, my suggestion to everyone would be DO NOT BUY. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really liked the product. I bought two and they work with no problems and they are very easy to set up. The wink app is also very user-friendly and easy to use. I understand people saying it's too big because it probably is, but I don't care as the device also has a very stylish design. The only thing I didn't like is that the wand at the end of the cable in the connector area has an intense blue light that stays on all the time. It doesn't matter much to me, but it will for you if you want to use it in the bedroom at night. Of course you can always stick tape on it. I give 4 stars as it was difficult to connect to Alexa. Alexa doesn't identify it as a smart home device itself, and neither the product nor Revain give you specific instructions on how to use them together. I have to google how to pair it together and use an app called IFTTT which I don't know how it works but seems to help you control your smart devices with Alexa. I don't like the idea of having another app to make them work, but I have no complaints as they work fine now.
