I needed a set of quality measuring spoons so I can keep all the spoons together and also separate them if I'm going to use the spoon multiple times on an item. The red clip that holds the spoons together is very easy to open and close. The spoons are easy to use and ingredients are easy to measure. I have two complaints: most likely the size markings on the spoons will wear away over time. So I've put together a list of colors and sizes in case that happens. The markings on the yellow spoon (1/4 teaspoon) are very difficult to read. White inscriptions on dark spoons are not a problem, on yellow spoons it is not so easy.
