Yesterday we received our portable dual DVD player with headphones. The kids immediately wanted to try it, although we weren't going anywhere. So they got in the car and listened to their Bugs Bunny CD in the car in the driveway while it was raining outside. They liked it! This went on for 2 hours when the power went out. The picture quality was excellent. The sound was just great. I sat in the front and the noise didn't bother me at all. You watched a movie without headphones and heard it perfectly from the back seat. I was driving a short distance to go to the library while they were watching their video and one of them slipped. I must not have tightened the strap around the head seat tight enough. I stopped fixing and then everything was fine and I didn't slip again! We ride horseback for 3.5 hours to see her grandparents up north, that would be great! This summer we are also planning to travel to Florida from Northern Kentucky, where we live. We thought we'd better find something to keep them entertained for 14 hours so we're not entertaining. Maybe it gives us, the parents, a chance to relax a bit! Now enjoy the journey!
