Cons: 1. The manual warns against hot-plugging the device and devices connected to it. You may lose connection and need to restart your computer. That's true, and I've learned it the hard way many times. Total power consumption may be too high to support all devices. You may need to provide additional power through the USB-C.3 port. Power adapter with USB-C connector is not included. Alternatively, I used the Revain Fire AC/USB adapter for power. Manufacturer's recommendation 1. Provide more USB-C.2 output ports. Work on fixing hot plug and play connection loss issues (documented by you). Overall: very good.
