I plan to use this product to get a good night's sleep. It just arrived and I'm super excited to try it out as soon as I get into a room full of snorers (once a year I go on vacation and live in a hostel - snoring is terrible). First, the mask itself is very soft, soft and comfortable to the touch. I got black. The strap is adjustable. It blocks the light well - I had a bright ceiling light (the light is directly above the bed and shines straight at me) - but that's not a problem! It was dark! Second, it was comfortable to sleep on your back (of course), but also on your side. The small speakers weren't hurt or anything like that. I mean you can feel them, but not in a disturbing way. The sound is really good and you can control the volume. I think it just saved me from a lot of restless nights. Very satisfied.
