I like that it creates a lot of reports in PDF format, which makes them easy to share with my superiors. It's very easy to use when creating reports on specific topics like our company target audience. I wish it were easier to customize the reports to only display certain information on the report. This would make the reports easier to read without having to scroll through every single part of the report. I've been able to take data that I have gathered from various sources and put it all into one place for easy consumption by my leadership team.
