Overall it does what it's supposed to do and the ergonomics and aesthetics are very appealing. My only complaint is that the head piece sometimes comes off because I was applying too much pressure or ran out of lotion/sunscreen. I understand that it's designed to be interchangeable (which I also find a bit odd as I've been using the end of a plastic bottle for quite some time) but some knots help secure it in place. Meanwhile, roughly wrapping the end with packing tape helped secure it better.
