I really didn't know what to expect when I ordered this grill to try and test. I'm happy to report that it exceeded my most optimistic expectations! This is a superbly designed and well made device that does exactly what it was designed to do and can actually be used indoors without setting off smoke alarms! The positives are numerous and based on a full month of testing and evaluation 🟢 Every component is well thought out and works to ensure proper and easy operation 🟢 The main hob is non-stick and easy to clean. Works well in any heat. 🟢 The temperature setting is done by touch button and the set temperature is displayed on the LCD screen 🟢 The actual temperature reached on the grill surface is very close to the set temperature 🟢 The maximum temperature setting of 460℉ is hot enough for an efficient and complete Frying the meat🟢 The glass lid ensures faster heating and indirect cooking. The handle is safe and secure.🟢The heating elements are located directly under the grill plate🟢The entire unit can be disassembled into individual parts for easy and efficient cleaning.🟢There is a drip tray under the heating elements to catch excess grease, oil and liquid during cooking Cooking🟢HIGH EFFICIENCY Fan removes smoke and hides at the bottom of the device🟢 The fan is also removed during cleaning. The grill plate and the drip tray are dishwasher safe. The grill is generally lightweight and easy to move and store. The power cord is long enough for normal use. 🟢 Fan noise is noticeable, but very quiet and unobtrusive during use. I could detect NO neutral or negative noise from this excellent grill. I've tested everything from steaks, chicken, vegetables, roasts and even cooking with the unit with great results based on accurate temperatures and excellent ease of use. It really does what it says on the tin and will make a great addition to most household kitchens. With it you can prepare dishes that would otherwise be found outdoors! and a VERY warm recommendation. Especially for the price it offers for the price it is sold for at Revain. Perfect!
