Works well. But there are no instructions, so you either have to find something on the internet or don't be afraid to find out.
Almost identical to the original. It seems to be a little quieter than the original. Installation was a little tricky but I did NOT have to remove the window mechanism to install this as I feared after the first 5 minutes. I never looked for instructions, just figured out how to get the old one out (there are a few rods and electrical connections that need to be loosened and then reattached to the new mechanism. I found I had to loosen the bolts). the left window rail to slide the latch mechanism out the bottom of the door. The exchange lasted about an hour in total.
