It has definitely helped with neck strain as my desk is quite low but the lowest position of my chair is too high so I had to crane my neck down to to look at my monitors. I need a second monitor of the same size as they are uneven, one right in the middle and the other in the top third even though they are the same size so I want to make sure you have two of the same model. if it is possible. However, the position of the clamping bolts is a bit annoying when the socket wrench tightens at an angle so that your monitors don't sag. If you have a desk in the corner and can't easily access the back of the monitors, you'll definitely want to mount and balance them individually, but once you've got them in place, you won't want to move them around often , unless you want to pull out your whole table. The tightening angle is uncomfortable to say the least because you can only make a quarter to half turn before hitting the monitor every time, just a long straight hex key and handle makes this much easier than an L-shaped hex key.
