I replaced a similar TP roll holder with this one. Luckily the existing wall anchors were reusable and I just screwed in a new bracket. Ready in less than 10 minutes. The only downside I have with this item is that it uses a hex head screw to attach it to the bracket. The flat head screw allows you to easily tilt the screwdriver away from the wall and tighten faster. With a hex head, you need to stick the wrench almost flush against the wall, turn it half a turn, then pull it out and turn the wrench back 180 degrees. To make it run faster, screw it in to the point where it won't fit in the mount, then unscrew it a bit until it does. Then put it on the bracket and tighten it. This will minimize the number of key half turns you need to perform. Don't shoot at a full star.
