Review on ASTRO Gaming A20 Gen 2 Wireless Headset: PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC & Mac - White/Blue by Hannah Turner

Out of the box the headset is uncomfortable and adjusting the strap is a bit awkward with this design. But I plug it in, turn it on, the computer recognizes the A20 is plugged in. But the sound from the computer to the headset is not received. Although I hear beeps from the headset and my own voice over the microphone, I know the speakers are working. Thinking this is my problem, I grab a small paper notebook and think it has basic troubleshooting instructions in it, but it doesn't. . It includes a small drawing of the parts in the box, a piece of paper telling you not to return it and going to the FAQ page instead, and some general product warnings. When I follow the instructions I go to the FAQ page and I find this. Just a few videos that I can't hear as I don't have a working headset. You can also download some software that does nothing. There is no other help here than "Forced Pairing", which I have tried several times in vain. up to 3 days to get back to me. Realizing that I only have a limited time to return this item, I decided it wasn't worth playing the ticket and requesting a refund.
