The integration with other systems is very powerful - it's easy enough that even non technical users can use them without any training! I like how easily you are able configure workflows once they're set up in your account manager dashboard so there isn't much need of coding skills when working out what needs doing next within each workflow step (as longs its simple). There have been times where we've had issues which haven’t always given us clear error messages but just left me wondering why things weren;' happening until either someone else pointed something obvious at our problem OR after contacting support who were usually quick about getting back an answer/fixing issue etc.
