Excellent "squat knife " for preparing sliced aubergines etc.!

Great product at a reasonable price. Well built. My parents and grandparents would call him "Squat Knife" because they are the same. I made delicious chopped eggplant out of it, added chopped red onion and olive oil. It has a nice texture when chopped, which I prefer to the puree-like consistency of baba ghanoush.
