This thing is LOUD! It's probably not as noisy as a 3 or 4-pipe system with a large air reservoir, but unless you're trying to get your neighbors to wet your bed, it should be sufficient for most people. It definitely scared my daughter's cat. It's a 3 out of 5 on my personal difficulty scale. Installation took about 2 hours. There is a large piece of cable to run and I had to make a bracket for the pipes. Unless you know what a relay does or how to read a simple circuit, you'll have a hard time figuring it out. Buy yourself a 14ga. red and black wire, sockets, battery clips, built in fuse holders and 20A fuses. No wiring is included.
