Good plant stalk support

These stalk sticks are very easy to use and effectively supported the gladiolus. The green finish is rust proof and blends nicely with the foliage. One bent when it hit a tree root but they are generally sturdy enough. Ideally the circle that supports the stalk would be adjustable, so it could be moved up as plants grow. However they are reusable, and they protected the flowers from strong winds.

Pros

Nice height, but not as sturdy as ones in big box stores. But you get what you pay for.

Cons

The metal stakes can get hot in direct sunlight, posing a potential hazard to small children
