The quality of the felt is very quality with many color options. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the neon felts. I use this felt to make hair bows for my daughter. The neon colored felt in this pack was a completely different thickness than the other felts. I would compare the neons to the cheap felt you can get at Walmart for inexpensive crafting. Those specific colors weren't stiff like the others, are thinner, and are floppy. Overall, I think the set of felt and the quality of felt is good. If you're counting on the neon bright colors to be stiff, you may want to look at other options, as that was a big disappointment. As stated before, the quality and color of the rest of the pack is great.
