was damaged I thought I had battery issues so I replaced the battery in my 2011 Toshiba Satellite L755. Didn't help so I also replaced the charger (which was never changed) and put the original battery back in. I thought it loads a little better. At first I was afraid to change because. My sister bought a "compatible" charger for her computer and it ruined it. This ran smoothly, albeit without any problems. Nothing can fix my old laptop except a new laptop but this did the trick. A little shorter than my old one, or maybe the charging box is higher because it gets caught on the edge of my bed, but that's okay.
