Arrived in perfect condition
My 13 year old is 5'4" and weighs about 120 pounds. It's very thin but it's also long so I bought it an 18-20 otherwise would it look too short. It came too late so I couldn't test it outside today. Once I do I will update my review. Whilst satisfied.
