I like how easy it was for me to set up my account with them. The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to answer any questions you may have. Sometimes when we need something immediately they don't seem too fast but they get back to us in minutes. Also sometimes there will be an error or glitch with their system which results in no report being created. This has happened two times so far. We use this software every month to send out our monthly newsletter. There's nothing wrong about using this product other than maybe waiting longer than expected for your request to go through. Our team uses this program almost daily to keep up with all of our clients' information. We're able to easily see what each client likes best and dislike worst.
