It’s also convenient to stew in it, I don’t dare to fry the scrambled eggs, suddenly everything will start to stick later (personal experience - if you fried the scrambled eggs, then the first pair of pancakes in almost any pan will stick and turn over badly). My pen does not get hot, but I also cook not on gas, but on a glass-ceramic stove. By the way, the pan is quite friendly with her, does not overheat.

Cons

It is heavy, but this is an indicator that cast iron, and thanks to its gravity, it keeps the temperature.
