Review on 👜 S-ZONE Women Vintage Leather Bucket Tote: The Quintessential Hobo Handbag Purse by Crystal Robinson

I bought this bag in December and just started using it. Unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations and I'm disappointed with how it actually looks. I thought the leather would take its shape with use as it was flattened and wrinkled. But that's not the case. The strap still has many wrinkles and the binding is already tearing. The skin in the main areas is also wrinkled. It comes with a one year warranty card but I don't know how to redeem it. Does somebody know? I waited a long time to buy the bag and now I'm sad that I paid the same amount for poor quality. I bought an s zone wallet to go with it and am much happier with it than with this wallet. :(
