Review on Fox Run 3137566 Non Stick Bakeware by Steven Ali

I bought one of these knives years ago and have used it with all my non-stick metal pans and baking sheets to loosen food after it was baked and to cut things like brownie shape out of it after baking as it cooled . This is a great product and well worth the rather high price. It is in very good condition and can be washed in the dishwasher. My only reason for buying a second one is user error. After making the chocolate granny loaf, I didn't wait long enough for the bread to cool. Instead I used a knife to loosen the loaf and the very hot chocolate warped the tip of the blade. I was able to straighten it out pretty well and still use it, but wanted a second one with the new straight tip. I bet I'll be a little more careful with this one!
