I just bought this tire a month ago and I love the result! On average I hula hoop for an hour a day (sometimes short 5-15 minute sets several times a day, sometimes 30 minute sets, and on two or three occasions I've been able to spin the hoop for an hour). In the last month I've lost 6 pounds, of which I can attribute about half to hoop exercise (9828 calories burned) and the rest to calorie restriction and other exercise. The best part is I can see a huge difference in my waistline, losing 3.5 inches from around my waist! The seller has great customer service to boot! The tire I received had a small defect but an email to the seller regarding the issue was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. Great product + great customer support = one happy tire!
