I was so excited to get this bag! I have to pack a lot of theatrical makeup when I travel, and sometimes hotel bathroom countertops are tiny. I liked the idea of hanging my makeup bag. I received the bag and was very happy with all the compartments. It would really go with every item I need and more! But. I thought it should be hung up? I went back to the ad and looked. Yes, I can see that in the reviewer's pictures. Hook. I opened my bag. Without a catch. I went back to packing in case it fell off. Without a catch. I've unzipped every compartment and zipper and the hook is still missing. I checked three times. Nothing. It would be a five star bag if there was a catch. Can you send me a refund? Maybe they sent me a broken package? I don't know, but I promise you, there's no trace here. One star and only because for me the main benefit was a great cosmetic bag to hang on the hotel's door.
