does not run on 220v although it is listed on the FAQ page.

connect to 220v. I tried it with an electric fan. It's a spark and now eFan is dead. I read several reviews before buying, it works. When the goods arrive and I read the manual, I have doubts. Then check the article on their website in the FAQ section that says: Yes, the PowerPort Strip supports international voltage compatibility for 100-240V. However, since the plug is designed for the country it was originally shipped to, you may have to use a plug adapter when traveling. I check again, download the manual and compare it to what I have and it's the same input/output. 125VAC. Btw, I live in the Philippines and use a trucking company to get it here, right on my doorstep. I love Anker products but am very disappointed.
