I'm 5'10 and 210lbs according to general guidelines, I went up a size. And it's comfortable, the mess is really great, keeps you cool when riding in the summer, especially in the Texan heat. And not too heavy either, the only thing I would survive is better quality armor, looks very soft, I don't know how durable they are. And a few extra inner pockets. Also the pants that connect the zipper do not match other brands, probably only boys pants. It should be a universal zipper.
