I saw an ad for Clean Freak deep cleaning spray and was dying to try it. I have hard water and was about to paint the tub. So I figured I could clean the tub with this stuff before sanding it down and that would be an easy job right? Not correct. The surface looked shiny but not clean. Still looked as dirty as the bathtub in the Holiday Inn Express. Clean enough to take a bath but not to try sanding and painting. I've already tried cleaning the tub with CLR, that didn't work either. Maybe my water is just too hard. Maybe I expected too much. Maybe I'm just a perfectionist who paid $14 for 2 packs of lies.
