The product did not work properly. Only one earphone transmits sound. I gave it away and missed the 30 day return period when I found out it was defective. I tried to resolve the issue with Sony, but it clearly didn't affect them. So I paid $100 for a headphone that only works with 1 headphone, but the $20 goes anywhere. Revane gave me a $20 loan, which also didn't work. If it was a brick and mortar store I wouldn't go back there. Lesson; Do not buy gifts for people on Revain. If they don't work properly, you're stuck with a defective item.
