Review on Melissa & Doug Rainbow Stacker: Enhancing Learning with Wooden Rings by John Rocha

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Design flaws - the ring sways, it is difficult for the child to put the ring on.

This is smaller than shown on the product page. It's very colorful and made of wood. I am deducting stars for what I believe to be a design flaw. base rock. Little hands trying to put on rings will never succeed unless holding it with someone else. That's a different ability. My granddaughter couldn't put the rings together because when she tried to move the ring to fit the hole in the bar, the bar moved. There's really no way to succeed unless you line the hole and drop straight onto it, which she can't do because she has to use her whole arm to grab it and she can't get through see the hole (she is 13 months). Once I figured out what was going on I started holding the base so it couldn't swing and succeed! Now she quickly folds all the rings.
