Good but won't fit the mounting brackets

I have 6.5 Sound Appeal speakers. They are therefore quite suitable for the size of the speakers. Be sure to measure before buying. I bought other size caps that said 6.5 but they didn't fit my SA speakers. The cases appear to be durable. I like the valve so you don't have to take it off to use your speakers. My only complaint is that there isn't an easy way for them to close the speakers with mounting brackets. At least with my SA speakers. So I improvised by cutting out small holes on each side for the bracket screws. See photos. My outdoor speakers and outdoor speaker wire needed to be coated. The small area where the wires connected held rainwater and eventually corroded the wire. That should take care of it. No 5 stars because not suitable for brackets. Something else. A small piece of velcro on the side to attach the flap on the back is too small. You'll need to trim the strap so it's not too long (easy to do), but the actual patch you're attaching the strap to should be slightly larger. See photo. Besides why include that stupid cover pack in the first place. They are designed to stay on while you listen to music. Why not ditch the bag and knock a few bucks off the price?
